1700 Pneumatic Spring Detangler

The 1700 Series detanglers are pneumatic in operation and provide very gentle, yet effective detangling of sensitive springs or forms. The unique CAD modeled chamber design was developed for components requiring extra gentle detangling methods coupled with high output rates. These detanglers can run unattended after loading of parts, freeing up valuable operator time to perform other tasks. They can be integrated to other process equipment as needed. The unit shown below, the 1700G is microprocessor controlled and uses a touch screen for operator adjustment of all pertinent process parameters. The tempered glass viewing window gives unparalleled access to the detangling of parts while in process! Parts are fed out onto a track or can be dispensed by an optional dispenser designed to feed your specific part.

The 1700 series of spring detanglers operates very quietly and requires only clean dry air and 115vac to operate. Look at the list of standard features on this heavy duty, yet compact table top unit.
