The unique CAD modeled chamber design was developed for components requiring extra gentle detangling methods coupled with high output rates. These detanglers can run unattended after loading of parts, freeing up valuable operator time to perform other tasks. They can be integrated to other process equipment as needed. The unit shown below, the 1700G is microprocessor controlled and uses a touch screen for operator adjustment of all pertinent process parameters. The tempered glass viewing window gives unparalleled access to the detangling of parts while in process!
