We are experienced with machining a diverse range of materials including:
· Steel, tool steels, high strength alloys, heat treating and grinding to ± .0001
· Forgings and castings: Steels, cast iron, aluminum, bearing bronze and various other metals
· Brass and bearing bronzes, Copper alloys, for various hardness and bearing applications.
· Aluminum 2000 to 7000 aircraft series, tooling plate, extruded forms, welding and fabricating.
· Extensive experience with stainless steels and applications ranging from food to chemical and where requirements of strength, oxidation, temperature and liquid handling are present.
Plastics
· Plastics ranging from acrylics to polycarbonate
